  • 1kg chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 200g butter
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric, cumin, coriander
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices 30 minutes
  2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked
  3. Heat butter, sauté onions until golden
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add spices, toast until fragrant
  6. Add tomatoes, simmer 20 minutes
  7. Blend sauce until smooth
  8. Return to pan, add cream and chicken
  9. Simmer 15 minutes until sauce thickens
  10. Garnish with cilantro, serve with naan

  5. Divide into 8 balls, rest 15 minutes
  6. Roll each ball into oval shape
  7. Cook in hot skillet until puffed
  8. Flip, cook until golden spots appear
  9. Brush with garlic butter

  2. Add rose water and cardamom, keep warm
  3. Mix milk powder, flour, baking soda
  4. Add ghee, mix until crumbly
  5. Add milk gradually, form soft dough
  6. Shape into smooth balls

  8. Drain, immediately soak in warm syrup
